I believe midlife is not something to get through. It is something to step into.

I understood what it feels like when your body feels like it's working against you. I had M.E. in my twenties. I navigated gestational diabetes. I know the exhaustion of doing everything you're told and still not feeling right. And I know the moment - quieter than you'd expect - when things start to shift.

That's what I do for the men and women I work with. I help them stop managing their midlife and start using it. Because your 40s and 50s are not the beginning of a slow decline. They can be, if you approach them in the right way, the healthiest and most energised years of your life.

I'm a BANT registered nutritional therapist and a licenced HeartMath coach based in the Lake District. But more than that, I'm someone who has lived this — and come out the other side with a completely different relationship to what it means to feel well.
